The Art of Happiness
In the Art of Happiness Workshop, Bev shares her research into neurotransmitters and how they shape our emotions.
She brings a fresh new approach to the understanding of how thoughts and emotions are tools, which can be successfully harnessed and used to create a sustainable happiness that is no longer dependent on outside influences.
The workshop is experiential, offering participants a range of tools and exercises, which, when practised, create a change in beliefs, thoughts, emotions, behaviour and – ultimately – the level of happiness experienced.
Target Audience: All
Duration: The Art of Happiness workshop is held over four mornings (usually consecutive Saturday mornings). This allows participants time to practise and integrate the new information shared.
The Value of an Attitude
The Value of an Attitude workshop unpacks all the components of an attitude.
Using practical examples, personal experience and well researched information, Bev guides participants to explore and understand their own attitudes in life:
Which ones are supportive
and should be cultivated,
and which ones are limiting
and should be changed.
The willingness to consciously work with and change limiting attitudes ultimately leads to a more self-realised and happier human being.
Target Audience: All
Duration: 1.5 days, with a break of a week in between, to allow for the integration and practise of information learned.
The Power of Resilience
While some people do seem to have a natural resilience, Bev believes this is a skill that can be learned by anyone.
In her words: “As mastery happens – magic happens”
The Power of Resilience workshop incorporates aspects from The Value of an Attitude and is a powerful tool to create beneficial and positive behaviour.
Elements included in the workshop are:
Locus of control and emotional management
Managing the mind chatter and knowing your triggers
Being solution focused vs problem focused
Target Audience: All
Duration: Two days, with a break of a week in between, to allow for the integration and practise of information learned.
Magical Relationships
Bev’s relationship with Leo has been one of the most significant and fun experiences of her life.
She believes most people are wanting meaningful and connecting relationships, and that everyone is capable of cultivating them.
This workshop aims to create bridges for partners to be able to communicate more effectively, to understand one another better, and to create a space of harmony where magic can happen.
Target Audience: Couples and anyone interested.
Conversations about Death and Dying
Conversations about Death and Dying creates a space for people to confront this often taboo subject.
Bev has seen people create beautiful, peaceful (and sometimes even joyful) death experiences, which creates a more peaceful experience for those left behind, allowing an environment for closure and healing.
She believes this is a gift we can give ourselves and those around us if we are willing to talk about it.
Target Audience: Anyone working in a field where they are in dealing with people who are ill or aging. Anyone interested in this conversation.
Journey into Joy
In Journey into Joy Bev shares the various elements of her journey and awakening into the limitless being that she is.
“I cannot create that awakening for anyone else, I can only shine my light and share what I have learned,” says Bev.
This workshop creates a space for participants to start or further the journey inwards.
Target Audience: Anyone who has completed the Art of Happiness Workshop
Duration: The Journey into Joy workshop is held over four mornings (usually consecutive Saturday mornings). This allows participants time to practise and integrate the new information shared.
